    Slow service, average food. Only positive thing is friendly staff.

    Stopped by while riding my mtb on the Mawson trail, lovely room and quite frankly an absolute bargain staying upstairs, nice shower and the dinner was good, cooked with a lot more care than you find at most pubs. Yes it's a pretty old pub and everything is a bit dated but that's part of the charm.

    My room was large, clean, comfortable and warm. Shower are hot. Being able to make tea and coffee was much appreciated. I think this place is great value. A true country pub experience. Thanks Ian.
